Our History:

Gameco started trading in Brisbane in 1972. The acronym, GAMECO, was derived from the Gas and Mechanical Engineering Company.

Gameco is a proud family business. The company has grown to be among Australia &New Zealand’s leading suppliers of gas equipment, with warehouses in MastertonNew ZealandBrisbane, Sydney and Melbourne. We service the equipment needs of all facets of the Gas Industry.

The Gameco group employs around 45 specialist staff. They include qualified Gasfitters and technical sales staff.

From the Group’s offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Masterton, New Zealand, we service all States and Territories of Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Asia, and Oceania. The company supplies highly respected, specialist products from manufacturers such as RegO, PecoFacet, Parker, Rochester, SIT, Robertshaw, Primus, Gasolec and Flame Engineering/Red Dragon to name a few.

Gameco is committed to a safe industry and the advancement of Gas as an efficient and environmentally friendly energy source that is indigenous to Australia and New Zealand.

In 2013 after 40 years of servicing the gas heating needs of many niche hobbies and industries, Gameco Artisan Supplies was born. Artisan Supplies has expanded our range to include equipment, consumables and materials for many industries such as blacksmithing, jewellery manufacture, ceramics, ornate glass and knife making.
